Usually when a blower motor is working one moment and not the next the "Blower Resister" is trying to go bad, make sure you also check the connector to see if its burn't, if it is you can get a jump wire from Chrysler. The other thing I have seen is the "Connector" at the blower motor can burn up if there's to much resistance in the motor itself or a loose connection. If that the case, you'll need the motor and wiring. I've also seen where the control head is defective inside. HERE"S HOW YOU CHECK IT: The next time the blower quits working grab the blower speed knob and wiggle it, if the blower starts working again then you'll need a new control head.
