The blower is controled by several things. First make sure that the thermostat is not set on "Fan" . Most have 3 settings,"heat","cool", and "fan". Also, depending on the age of the furnace, it may have a "fan limit switch" attached to the furnace near the burner area which could be sticking. If it is sticking, it might need to be replaced. If the problem is in fact the main circuit board, it would be better to have a qualified service man check it out.
You have popped a fuse on the circuit board on your unit. You will have to unplug your unit, remove the doors (panels) and look in there and find the fuse, pull it and replace it with the same kind. It will be either a 3 amp or 5 amp
