Report "Blower wheel on Royal Sovereign ARP-5012xh broke - noticed it after it made a horrible noise and then it flipped my breaker (3 times then I shut it off) so I looked inside saw it was broken, ordered a new one and replaced it. Now the ac wont turn on and a red light with STOP is flashing. Please advise on how to reset. I left it off for two hours and unplugged it and nothing. Also has no water since it has been emptied so that's not it. Any advise?"
