You need to check your wires and make sure that they are not touching anything that will cause this. The radio itself has a 10 fuse in it so there is a problem with your wiring. make sure that you are using electrical tape or some other adaquite protection. Also make sure that you are using the right type of fuse for your vehicle. If it call for 20 use the 20 fuse. many times people will change fuse rating looking for a quick fix. Hope this helps.
