Blowing speakers when i power the amp on with no rca's in place and hook a speaker up it pushes the cone of the speaker all the way out as it frys the speaker

The amp has a problem either with bad component(s) OR with the design.
The amp is driving DC out into the speaker and LIKELY one side of the final stage is shorted.
Be very careful in TRUSTING it after repair. I would put a fuse in the SPEAKER lines to save the speakers.
