Blue LED comes on but TV will not power up. AT first problem was intermittent and when it did power up, there was noiuse on audio output for approx 5 minutes. Not it won't power up at all. Any suggestions?

Well the led light should be flashing if anything has blown a set amount of times and than pausing and continuing if this is not the case the tv's power supply has most likely burnt out and will need to be replaced

Yes, blue light is on solid, not flashing. Is the power supply "one part" or single unit that needs to be ordered & replaced? Or is there a capacitor/resistor/diode that could be bad?
