Hello blue screen can you tell what PC this is, what OS you run, windows? if yes, what version 10? printing to a printer, what model what connection , usb,wifi or ethernet cable. can you show the failing screen? did you upgrade first the printer drivers software. IF this is BSOD screen, w10 has 100 BSOD screens. all are different and each has cause.
