Well first of all tell us what operating system you are using? and tell us did you get a memory dump error? Anyway the blue screen physical memory dump error is caused by two things. The first is that your computer has some hardware which isn't compatible with other hardware on your computer. This is a pretty easy thing to fix because you just need to take out any new piece of hardware that you might have put into your PC. Everything from external hard drives, to USB sticks, to new motherboards are all possible culprits. The second reason is that you have a software problem which is so bad that your computer can't handle it. This type of problem is normally caused by a part of your computer called the 'registry', which is the central database for Windows. It stores all the settings and options for your computer, allowing it to quickly load a number of of different settings for your PC. Unfortunately, the registry can often get corrupted and damaged, making Windows struggle to read the files inside it. This is caused by your computer having so many registry files open at any one time, it actually gets confused and saves many in the wrong way. Please check the below link for more information -

OMG... Hardware Melfunction
All you can try is to re-install the Operating system that you have the last chance.
If it does not work then you are in trouble for RAM, and you will have your RAM replaced.
I suggest you to get it replaced only from authorized company's service centre.
Best of luck.
