Bluetooth 'Internal Error' Message
I've been trying to send ringtones (as MP3s) to my phone from my computer using Bluetooth on my Motorola Razr (which I got it in January of this year. The phone says the software version is 23.1_01.19.07). Anyway, I always get to the point where it asks me if I'd like to accept the file and after I accept, I get a message informing me that there is an internal error.

So I have three questions:
1. Am I putting the file in the wrong format? (Should it be m4r or aac? Or something else?)
2. Do I need to purchase some sort of accessory (like a headset or a cable) to make this work?
3. Or is this just a problem all Verizon Razrs have because Verizon wants its customers to continue shell out $2.99 for a 40 second ringtone?
