I am trying to insert the bobbin case into the bobbin housing. The housing (metal hardware that the bobbin case sits in) was not moving that I recall when I started sewing tonight. I threaded a bobbin and went to insert the bobbin case. The bobbin case would not insert with the large opening facing up. The hardware that holds the bobbin case can now turn left or right, but will not turn up enough to allow the bobbin case to be inserted and sit at the correct angle. I just bought this machine and today is the first time using it. Any idea what is wrong?
