New machine but when you turn it on the steam and water lights flash. This is what is suppose to happen when the steam valve is opened yet it does it in the closed position. When you open the steam nob the lights stop flashing but then all you get is hot water/steam no espresso. I opened the back and unpluged the wires that lead to the valve and then the water flows through the head but of course you get no steam.
