You may have a wire not grounded properly or a short that is confusing the cpu-I would suspect the steering column area-do you have the switching to brights problem while turning-also might try changing both bulbs as something goofy may be happening inside of those right side lights-i e a fillement laying across other fillement-I would start with replacing bulbs as this may be messing with the cpu-cheers Denny
