My treadmill was working fine. One day found the switch was broken physically and wouldn't turn on. I received a replacement switch and wouldn't turn on. Second replacement switch still won't turn on. Wall power is 117V AC and power leaving the switch is 4.5V AC. The switch has a resister symbol on it. It doesn't look like the same switch that was originally in the treadmill. I'm trying verify what the switch power output is on a working model. After voltage passes through the EMI filter the voltage is at 1.59V AC to the lower circuit board which I suspect is too low to power on.
