boiler heat. There are three thermostats that control the heat on the different levels. The thermostats on the top floors are set at 68 sometimes lower but the heat keeps coming out even when the thermostat is reading it is 80+ in here. The thermostat on the ground level seems to be working fine. They are the dial system. Is it the thermostats that need repaired? Is this something that can be done easily? How expensive?
