Boiler loosing pressur
For weeks now my mains 24e boiler keep loosing water pressur. i have to top up .and then let air out all the rediaters .and maintane presser on 2 to get the hot water and centrel heating working .there are no leaks in the house .and no sign of any leak under the boiler .but condensing water pipe does have some water coming out .i had the engneer to look at it all he could say was that may have leeks under the floor as boiler should not loose any water .please advise

Generally preesure problems are caused by the following- obviously a leak, bleeding of rads without topping up the pressure, pressure relief valve passing( probably an integral part to the boiler), or potentially a problem with the expansion vesell.
the expansion vessel is a tank which
holds water and air- it should be pressurised with air by about 10 psi or up to 1bar, if the diaphragm has split this ill cause pressure problems all day long
