Bolt shot out of top hinge bracket when moving it across the room
I looked in the manual for when you originally put the bed together and I can see the allen head bolt, wash and bushing. My bolt that came out has all of those parts PLUS another round piece that is connected to the bottom of the bolt. Is this a piece that is supposed to be inside the end cap to hold it in place? If so, is this stripped now and I have to get a larger one? If so, what size and what is it called? Do I just remove the screws that hold the end cap in place to replace this piece? Please help. I am female and 58 and trying to do this on my own. Thanks!!!

The "piece that is connected to the bottom of the bolt" could be the Bushing that the bolt passes through (no threads), or it could be a threaded insert that the bolt threads into.
