The bolts on our A3860 safe appear to be stuck in the retracted position. I had trouble opening the safe this last time - it took several attempts to get the door open. Now the bolts on the door won't extend to lock the safe. I can push the individual bolts in slightly in the door, but they will not fully extend. The handle won't move them either. I'm thinking it might be something wrong with the handle or interior locking mechanism...?
