I would check electric solenoid valve on water line to make sure it is shuting when power is off to blower. Some of these valves can be taken apart and cleaned if it has debris stopping valve ffrom fully closing. To do this shut power off to unit, shut main water supply to cooler. Usually there are four screws holding top cover on valve remove these, remove cover and clean valve. Reassemble making sure that cover gasket is in good condition and properly placed. Turn water and power back on and try unit. Hope this helps you. Thanks
