Actually need a model number in order to do a search for a user's manual. I did locate this URL: http://www.ereplacementparts.com/search_result.php that shows the family of Vision Turbo units. If you find yours there you will be able to go to an exploded view of the vacuum. By going through the exploded views you will see where the belt sits and perhaps be able to ascertain the way to change it. I will still look for a users manual for you. However, if you find this solution to be of help, I would appreciate a Thumbs Up from you. p.s. - As long as you will be taking the beater brush off to replace the belt, I would advise cleaner the brush and adding some WD40 to each end. Rotate the ends by hand to work the WD40 in and this will help to maintain the life of the belt. Paul
