Report "Both red & green lights light up simultaneously when I turn the PS60C-2 on, and it does not start up when paper is inserted. When I lift the head off the container I can hear and feel something heavy rolling around in the head. Both these symptoms appeared for the first time this morning. Can I dismantle and re-attach whatever has broken loose? Or is this likely to be a job for a professional?"
