Report "Both remotes for my Wii suddenly stopped working. I think it's the ir sensor, but how can I be sure? Both remotes have fresh batteries and were working  fine yesterday. Now the wii does not register either one of them, and shows no ''hand'' on the screen nor does it respond to any buttons on the remote. I tried recalibrating them by pushing the red sync button on the main consol and the red button in the battery compartment in the remotes. No response.  What's my next step?"
