Bottom buried heating element went out. Part of it welded inside to the metal element housing . It was apparently an incorrect size from a previous repair and the metal opening has been cut on either side for the element to fit inside. I don't want a new stove I want a new oven inside this one and it be safe to use. It is a 30" Heartland electric stove.Can a new oven be installed in these stoves. Delores Johnson
