Bought 3 yr.old MPV4 with dead batteries and flat tires. Can I put foam filled tires on the current rims, do it myself, and use the same rims? What size are the tires? where can I get a manual without paying $18 + shipping?

You should be able to get batteries from the Company or a company that sells wheelchair batteries, as far as the tires, those type of wheelchair wheels are a lot smaller than standard wheels, I don't think you'd have much luck with that, they make tires that aren't foam filled, but are solid rubber wheels, and that would be more what you would need in that type of hoverround.. as for the manual, look online, go to their website, www.hoverround.com if not ask around.
