Bought a new in box Xantrex Pro XM1800 inverter for my RV. Hardwired it all in and the DC worked fine. It has an automatic transfer switch built into the unit, but as soon as I plugged into shore power something shorted out and the unit only will show an error of EO5 now. Xantrex will not cover the unit since I do not have the purchase receipt
