Report "Bought the winTV-HVR 950Q. Installed orblive so I can stream the tv to my Iphone. I have a windows 7 ultimate edition on my netbook The digital tuner that picks up my local stations play fine, but anything through my anolog cable the video plays choppy, and the audio gets out of sync. I have installed the WinTV software, and it only picks up a few of my anolog channels. Those channels also play choppy. I also tried to use the windows media center, and the stations won't come in at all. Is there anyway to fix this? I don't want to have to buy another tuner"
