Bought two new timers for a sunquest pro 24rs 220 volt neither worked they both turned on fan but not lights, what could we be doing wrong?

Do you have a wiring diagram? Did you get those parts from Wolff?
Sorry yes I got the part from a Wolff suppiler
Without a diagram it is hard to say if there is a relay in the cicuit. Contact Wolff and see if they can email you the diagram:http://wolfftanning.com/contact_us.php
