My machine makes a loud squealing noise, like something needs to be greased on the treads. Is there a service person who does maintenance on these machines? LOL, I own a Treadclimber TC5000 as well, and I have had it for about three years now. Quite recently it has become very noisy as well (super squeaky), and it's driving me crazy! I am going to try the suggested "dry lube". If that works well I will come back and post the positive results. :)
