Bowl locked in place and won't detach
Hello. I ordered a Hamilton Beach 6-Cup Food Processor, model No. #70450 online from Target on a gift card. It is almost perfect, except the bowl won't come unlocked and detach from the main unit..it jiggles a little, but is locked in place. It came out of the box that way.
I'd really hate to send it back, and I don't want to try to force it for fear of breaking it. I also called the customer service number, and they suggested spraying some non-stick cooking spray on the base, using a cool washcloth, and hitting the flat of my hand against the handle, but nothing worked. Any advice would be apprciated.

Hello again!
My brother was able to correct this problem for me. I turned out I just wasn't turning it hard enough, and I was turning it the wrong way.
