BPL staff told me that windows' phone does not support wap
They told windows phone only supports GPRS, for which i will have to get my prepaid converted into postpaid. because prepaid does not have GPRS facility..........

Prepaid plans has GPRS facility with all providers. You need to approach the right customer support with your service provider.
You can recharge of something Rs. 199/- on ur prepaid card & enjoy gprs facility
