Brake assembly How do you attach the brake cable to the handle bar grip? The knob at the end of the cable is not fitting in to the slotted screw on the handle bar. The part of the brake on the wheel was already assembled, I just can't get it attached to the "hand-pull" break grip

If you loosen the wire that is connected to the gripping machanism first , you will have long enough wire to put it throu the brake grip first then tighten it back at the wheel gripping area.
If this is what I'm thinking of you have to pull the little knob at the end of the cable out a little with pliers so that some of the cable is exposed and then it shoud fit in the pull handle
Squeeze the wishbone break, which will release some extra wire. Then you can pull back the knob from the wire and thread it through the two holes in the handlebar.
