brake light do not work..reverse works..when i lock my car the lights flash except for that one and the drivers light..headlights work fine though.drivers headlight bulb connector looks like it has been burnt as if there was a short..all fuses are fine though..also drivers turn signal flashes really fast.. i have changed bulbs but no luck..would it be a rely? or ground?

Could be a broken wire at the socket. Sounds like a burnt bulb also. Sometimes a burnt bulb will do the same thing as you are describing. Once you get this fixed, all should work. If flashing to quickly, replace the flasher stat unit!
