The brake on my 2009 model seems to be failing. When I lock the brake, there's still some travel on the wheels and I've noticed the plastic part on the inside of the wheels that connects with the brake bar is worn out. Any advice as to how to replace it? Will I need new wheels? Where do I buy them and how much will they cost? Thanks
