Brand New Phone won't charge
Hello,
I bought your 2-phone DECT 6.0 set from Costco this past Friday. I've charged them both for 15 hours prior to use, but one of them refuses to receive a charge. I even switched the two phones on the bases, so it looks like it's the phone and not the charging base. What's the problem with it? Is the included battery junk? What should I do to fix this?

Apologies for asking the obvious, but have you removed the battery cover on the handset to ensure that the battery pack is connected? There should be two wires from the battery pack, black and red, which terminate in a plug. That plug must be securely fitted into the corresponding socket inside the handset.
If that is all OK, then I suggest you swap the battery pack from the working handset and see if that works in the one that will not charge. By doing this you should be able to determine if it is the battery at fault, or the handset.
Not necessarily! Could be simply that the battery pack is not fully plugged in.

I have the set of 4 phones (Uniden 6.0 DECT) and all 4 started doing this at the same time. From all 4 chargers! Someone told me that #1 handset must be charged on the base periodically. I did that and they still don't work!
