Report "Brand new set of printers (7) Intermec PD41 wireless Media is cut label with Gap 4" x 6" Getting extreme wrinkling when printing labels. I have been thru the user guide and on the phone with Tech support to determine default settings line with the printer. I still cannot come up with a fool proof setup that guarantees good printing with no wrinkles in the ribbon. Every time you smile at the printer(s) they need a slight tweak. We use the same media and ribbons in Citizen 621 and C-itoh s4 printers with no problem and no adjustments needed"
