My provider gave me a BEC adsl modem (1 enthernet port, no wireless). How can I bridge it to my Netopia 3347-02 to have a wi-fi?

Get an Ethernet cable and plug it into both items. If you do not have a spare one, you might find one at thrift stores for very cheap.
