Brief transmission shudder
I have a 93 century,3.3 eng. Going down a slight hill, it seemed as if the transmission shuddered while downshifting. I let off on the gas pedal, and everything was all right. I have 83,000 miles on it. Rides very nice, and since that incident, no problems driving. Is it the transmission, or the engine? Ed P.

I would recommend you do a fluid and filter change, these kind of things are common when fluid gets worn out from heat and miles. Also check for any trouble codes if the check engine light was on.
