Broken camera hi there,my husband rang a camera shop and they said it would be to dear to fix,i dont no what to do the camera cost us $500.00 and we only used it once we brought in on a p&o cruise,came home showing the cousins our picks and the bugger dropped it,we didnt realise it was broken to we went to use it the other day and the screen was just white couldnt do a thing,hubby cant find reciept for warrenty so we have blown our money not happy anyway thanks carol

Hi there, Warranty will not cover impact damage, unless you purchased it with a credit card that has that feature. If everything else works other than the screen, then the unit may have poor connections. You won't really know until you take it to a service depot and have it looked at: cost for estimate should not be more than $50.00
