Been through 2 of these, the radio only plays for about 5 minutes, 10 tops on alkaline batteries. Called tech. support, they say to use new, fresh batteries, well, duh, I did and several times the thing shuts off after no more than 10 minutes of play. Also, the dynamo charges the ni-cad, but only gives about 2 minutes of play on 3 minutes of cranking. It's not like I'm expecting half-hour of play on 3 mins. of cranking, but that's unacceptable. Like I said, been through 2 of these and can say, they don't make them like they used to; I have one of their older models and never had the problems with it as my new one.
