Broken in box tv
For Christmas my mom got me a RCA flatscreen LCD tv. When we opened the box to start setting it up, we pulled it out and the whole screen is broken. She purchased it Aug or July and said its been sitting in her spare bedroom. So we are assuming it was broken when she purchased it. How do I go about to fix a problem like this?

The replacement screen will cost more than the unit is worth, not much you can do but you can try contacting the place where she bought it from, nothing to lose.
