Broken ribbon message for my zebra card printer
Hi all , I am all lost here.. my zebra 330i card printer shows a message that the ribbon is broken. I installed new ribbon as well as ran a test card which came out succesful..but when i try to print a card from ms word ,the display first reads downloading data and then reads broken ribbon . i am totally lost here .can anybody help?

It could mean that the ribbon sensor on the printer is broken. Sounds like you need to send back to zebra for repair. This is free if printer is still under warranty. check out zebra's website for info on how to return printers for service.
I want to check whether the printer is under warranty or not..How can i do that?
Make sure the printer displays the proper ribbon in the printer settings, if not try by reinstalling the latest printer driver.
