Broken spring in my Baby Einstein Musical
One of the springs in my Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumper broke. It is now lopsided. Can I purchase a replacement part? If yes. how?

I just had a spring break on my son's and when I contacted them, they can no longer offer replacement parts after putting me thru all the hoops of locating which bar, #, spring, etc. They tell me..."sorry". VERY DISSAPPOINTED! We have really enjoyed this jumper until now. I have numerous friends expecting and some of which have registered for this product and I will make sure I stear them clear of Kids II products all together. :( Make me jump thru hoops then tell me "sorry". NOT HAPPY!
The spring broke on my baby Einstein musical jumper this morning. I figured it was probably unfixable. But to my suprise they were ready to send me a replacement piece right away! All you have to do is follow a few easy steps which they will guide you through and your golden! So easy!
