Brother innov-is cs8080. Tangles underneath all the time Sometimes top thread wraps around the shuttle. Will not move forward. Have cleaned shuttle and changed spool but still not difference. Could there be an easy solution or does it need repair. Came with a ten year parts and labour guarantee.>

Check your bobbin threading tension (is bobbin thread loose on bobbin?); check needle thread tension (does it snag or jump when feeding?)
Be sure bobbin case, etc. is properly installed in shuttle housing.
