brushes, but won't move - no error messages. What gives?
I left my Neato sitting in storage and the batteries went bad on it. I purchased new batteries (Neato batteries, not aftermarket) after it sat for a year, plugged them in, did the new battery reset, and let it charge overnight. When I run it, it turns on, pulls out from the base, turns on the vacuum/brushes.. and then just sits there. No error message, but it doesn't swivel to analyze the room, or make any attempt to move. I spoke with Neato but they're less than helpful. They suggested I remove the battery, let it reset, plug it back in and recharge. Did that, still isn't working. Any advice?

I have a Neahis to Botvac 85, had also problem, it started up then stopped. It is 2 or 3 years old, don't remember. but it started to ack very strange with the battery. then this start/stop problem came. I ordered a new originial battery and thought it should solve the problem but no it didn't After some time I decided to try again. Started Neato and it stopped after some time, then I wanted to see if the lidar was rotating so I removed the blue cover over the lidar and could see that it was rotating, then I touched it little bit and the neato started and started to clean my floor. so try this.
