Brushes won't spin, motor reves down
The brushes don't appear to be spinning...it looks like the belt falls off, though it's not broken. Also, the motor reves down to what seems to be very slow speed if it's been on for more than a few minutes

1. clean the brushes of hair etc and manually turn to see if any obstructions.
2. check the belt and its tension.
It should work.
