bubbling sound when I turn it off sometimes. The car is not flashing any lights or warnings that it is running hot. It is running just fine. What do you think?

Have the radiator cap tested.
It's probably excess coolant purging into the overflow tank, and if so, is nothing to worry about - that's what the overflow is meant for.
