Well, first the obvious. You will need a case to house everything, as well as a quality power supply. Get an Antec, Thermaltake, BFG, Coolermaster, or other equivalent quality brand. You shouldn't need one too powerful, quality is more important here. Next, you will need a Hard drive. I would suggest IDE, since your motherboard is an early SATA board and you might have problems for a first timer. Also, a DVD burner, again IDE, also called PATA. Go for a matched set of memory, DDR400. Best would be 2 gigabyte set, but 1 would be ok too. You might check Asrock's website for memory tested compatible, but I have always had incredible luck with Patriot memory. You might need 80 pin ide cables, etc, if they didn't come with your board. Finally, you will need a licensed copy of Windows, either xp or vista, your choice, although since your hardware is a little older I would suggest xp. If your motherboard did not come with a driver disc, you will probably need to download drivers to install after windows (http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=P4I65G&s=478) My favorite place to buy (i have probably spent over $20,000 there) is newegg (www.newegg.com). I hope this helps, and if you have further questions I will be happy to try and help.
