BUILT A COMPUTER HAVING PROBLEMS
I HAVE A DDR 400 MOTHER 3GB MEMORY GEFORCE VIDEO CARD AND 400 WATT POWER SUPPLY. EVERY TIME I TURN ON THE COMPUTER IT SHUTS DOWN.I'M NOT SURE IT'S THE POWER SUPPLY OR MAYBE THE VIDEO CARD.IF ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT'S WRONG,PLEASE LET ME KNOW?

According to MSI's specification page, (http://www.msicomputer.com/product/detail_spec/product_detail.asp?model=K8T_Neo-FIS2R), this motherboard only supports 2GB of RAM. The system will likely not boot if 3GB is installed.
I am not sure which geforce video card you have, nor what motherboard nor cpu you have installed. but 400 watts should be adequate for a basic system.
