Bulging capacitor What causes the capacitor to bulge or become raised? Also, how do you take out the bad capacitors and install the new ones? Also, is there an easy way to get to them? Thanks for any help you may have. [email protected]

Mitsubishi just got some bad capacitors and they end up running hot which cause them to bulge. If you are planning on doing the repair yourself I would suggest getting the service manual at the following link, as they will email it to you and they will also provide free tech support with an expert on that chassis and he will help you with the repair as special capacitors have to be installed and while your inside the set you should change any of the caps that are prone to failure. they know which ones they are and they can make the repair an easy one for you.
