Bunn omatic model F20 doesn't stop dripping
We have a bunn omatic Model F20. It consistantly leaks by after the brewing is done, or the coffee maker is shut off. Its like a check valve is stuck slightly open, constantly dripping into the coffee pot. What can I do beside shut the water line off into the maker? We have it here at the firestation and we need our coffee. Thanks Mark

This is the free full service manual F15, F20 & F35 complete with troubleshooting section at the rear. This section has easy, plain english steps to follow to solve this very problem (others, too).
Good luck!
BTW - I just repaired our F-20 due to overflowing decanter. It turned out to be a deposit that was lodged in the solenoid valve. After running a continuity check (about 180 ohms) and determining there was 120 volts present out of the timer (with the lower warmer switch on and the brew start switch actuated) I shut off the water supply & removed the solenoid valve assembly. I was able to blow air thru the solenoid, so I knew it was the problem. I attached a 120 plug to the solenoid coil and used compressed air to blow air in the opposite direction that the water normally flows thru it. Yours *may* be a similar problem. Follow the troubleshooting guide in the back of the manual.
sounds like the water valve is bad you can get them on ebay
