Our Garland H283 is putting black sut on the bottoms of all our pots and pans. it does not smell and comes off easily, but it is really messy?? What is the problem. Also, I cooked steaks in the broiler the other day and the grittle turned black, will this always happen??
Our stove is new and we are just learning.
